    Requirements

    • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical international trade; proven track record of successfully developing end-customer pharmaceutical companies in Europe/US or "Belt and Road" countries from zero to one.

    • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher from 985/211 universities in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, International Trade, or related fields.

    • Language Skills: Fluent English as working language; excellent cross-cultural business negotiation capabilities.

    • Competency: Deep understanding of full CDMO lifecycle management; ability to evolve from reactive quoting to "value partner" providing solutions.

  • Senior BD Manager/Director - Biologics

    Responsibilities

    • Team Leadership: Establish a comprehensive training system for customer development, implementing "mentor-mentee" programs to rapidly elevate the team's new client acquisition capabilities.

    • Therapeutic Area Focus: Lead strategic partnerships in high-barrier, cutting-edge fields including small nucleic acids, antibodies, and ADCs (Antibody-Drug Conjugates); drive collaborations with MNCs and innovative biotech companies.

    • Overseas Market Expansion: Systematically develop high-potential large molecule markets in Korea, Europe, and other strategic regions; achieve individual contract values exceeding USD 300,000.

    • Operational Excellence: Optimize the "Large Molecule Business Operations Manual"; maintain and enhance the global database of 4,000+ industry client profiles.

    Requirements

    • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical international trade/BD with at least 3 years in management roles; proven track record of successful biopharma business transformation preferred.

    • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher from 985/211 universities in Biomedical Sciences, Bioengineering, or related fields.

    • Language Skills: English proficiency at professional working level; capable of hosting high-level monthly video conferences with suppliers and clients.

    • Network: Deep familiarity with domestic high-quality large molecule supplier ecosystem; existing connections with multinational pharma companies (e.g., GSK, Roche) preferred.

  • BD Manager/Director - Southeast Asia

    Responsibilities

    • Market Access & Registration: Lead registration and regulatory filing processes with the Drug Administration of Vietnam (DAV) and other Southeast Asian regulatory bodies, ensuring full compliance with local regulations.

    • Channel Development: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with top-tier distributors, pharmacy chains, and major hospital networks across Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

    • Commercial Execution: Conduct business negotiations in English and/or Vietnamese, managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing and first order fulfillment.

    • Market Intelligence: Monitor and report on pharmaceutical policy changes, competitor activities, and market trends in the region; provide strategic recommendations to HQ.

    Requirements

    • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with proven track record of successful market entry and business development in Vietnam/Southeast Asia.

    • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, or related field.

    • Language Skills: Fluent English (working language); Vietnamese language proficiency is a strong plus.

    • Network: Existing relationships with distributors, pharmacy chains, or regulatory contacts in Vietnam preferred.
